Join me for a beginner-friendly self-defense class at Abrons Art Center (466 Grand St, New York, NY 10002) in Studio 302.
Class will begin at 5:30pm and end at 6:30pm.
Attendance will be $20. I accept cash and Venmo.
YIN YOGA AND BREATHWORK
Join me for a yoga and breathwork class at Abrons Art Center (466 Grand St, New York, NY 10002) in Studio 302.
The class will start with an introduction to pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and we will then practice the techniques introduced in a yin yoga session.
Class will begin at 5:30pm and end at 6:30pm.
